A community to keep you practicing.

Step Up Together now offers free, Quarterly Community Debriefs—open, virtual sessions where anyone in the perinatal ecosystem can learn directly from real-world emergency drill experiences across community, EMS, and hospital settings.

Each 60-minute session features one clinical scenario from our national Drill Kit Library and guides participants through a structured debrief, sharing system-level insights that help reduce the Three Delays and strengthen collaboration across levels and locations of care.

This is peer learning grounded in real practice!

Whether you are actively running drills or preparing to start, Quarterly Community Debriefs offer a free, interdisciplinary learning community working together to strengthen perinatal responses to emergencies.

What you'll gain:

  • Practical insight into running emergency transfer drills
  • Exposure to diverse approaches across regions and care settings
  • Shared language and frameworks for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Continuing education credit (1 CME/CNE per session)
